Will Bannister ’22, a biochemistry major with a minor in One Health, combined rigorous training in science and service opportunities at Berry to carve out a career in developing policies and programs that benefit marginalized communities. He is attending Brown University to earn a dual degree Master of Public Health and Master of Public Affairs.
The Berry College commencement will be hosted on May 4 at Valhalla Stadium. Berry will celebrate the graduation of 475 undergraduates beginning at 9 a.m., weather permitting. The gates open at 8 a.m. and earlier at 7:30 a.m. for those who need special assistance. A Berry College alumnus, Alexander W. Whitaker, who went on to serve in the Navy and eventually became a university president will be the speaker.
